Freedom and democracy deserve your voice! At the Table of Peace, this can be done easily and anonymously. Simply follow the Table of Peace on Facebook. Your like matters!

Each like/follower makes the virtual table on Google Maps grow by 40 cm. In various countries, “country tables” are already live on Facebook, such as in Cairo, where over 2,500 followers are seated at the table – good for more than 1 kilometer!

There is also one Mastertable in circulation, representing the sum of all country tables, and it is built annually in a new location chosen by the #TOP ambassador. This year, that ambassador is Jan. He wants the Mastertable to travel to Cairo soon and then grow along a Google Maps route to Israel, a distance of 350 km, requiring 1 million likes.

COUNTRY TABLE

In every capital city of a country, there is currently a virtual ‘country table.’ When you follow the #TOP Facebook page, you are immediately assigned a virtual table spot, which makes the table in your country grow by 40 cm. The number of followers on Facebook is published weekly and updated on Google Maps.

“#TOP is currently growing virtually on Facebook, and efforts are underway to bring this experience to live events soon. To achieve this, three foundational tables are being created:

  1. Master Table: There is only one in circulation, and it will soon travel to Cairo.
  2. Country Table: Virtually present in every country, these are physically assembled once a year at events, where a minimum of 10,000 personal #TOP table tops are connected.
  3. Friends Table: For associations, families, friends, or events that want to build their own #TOP table.

Without these foundational tables, #TOP tables cannot be built. It is not necessary to connect your personal table top yourself; volunteers at the respective #TOP event can do this for you. Each #TOP table is associated with a charitable cause.
